Qualifications

To become eligible for our Swing Bed program patients must:

• Have three consecutive days in an acute care hospital
• Have skilled care needs that are related or arose during a qualified stay

Arranging a Stay

Anyone (family or hospital staff) may contact RRMC regarding our  Skilled Nursing (Swing Bed) program. Patients currently at another hospital may ask to coordinate a transfer to the RRMC Skilled Nursing (Swing Bed) program.
